Lulu Tenney continues to dominate runways, campaigns, and magazine covers across the globe. The industry has made the American beauty one of the most in-demand of faces in recent memory, and Tenney’s body of work continues to soar. Mere months into 2025, and Lulu has already graced the covers of Vogue Japan and Harper’s Bazaar France. Added to the portfolio of Lulu Tenney this month is a series of Harper’s Bazaar Italia covers. Italian Bazaar‘s editor-in-chief, Massimo Russo tapped the industry fave for Issue #19, and photographer Nick Knight to commemorate the occasion. The result is a trio of striking covers, with Lulu dressed in creations from Philip Treacy, Vivienne Westwood, and Chanel (as selected for the occasion by cover shoot stylist Sissy Vian).

That’s a complete wrap on Paris Fashion Week, with the 9-day fashion extravaganza coming to one almighty close last night following a megawatt presentation from Anthony Vaccarello at Saint Laurent. Vaccarello was tasked with closing out The Fédération de la Haute Couture et de la Mode’s schedule and amped up the drama with a “fantastically 80s” collection.

Earlier in the week, the second portion of Paris Fashion Week served up the Fall 2025 collection of Victoria Beckham, who presented a collection that focused on form-fitting dresses and strong tailoring. This season, the Hermès woman got tougher while Elie Saab was all about après-ski glamour. Statement fur was seen on coats, boots, headpieces, and bags. At the Galerie de Géologie et de Minéralogie, Seán McGirr explored the relationship of English urban life and the great outdoors for McQueen.

Now onto his fifth Valentino collection, Alessandro Michele insisted his models strut a red-tiled runway, decked out in extravagant gowns, embellished suits and lace headpieces. At Balenciaga, Demna served up everything from floor-length hoodies and officecore looks to bathrobes and sportswear-inspired looks. Nicolas Ghesquière once again tapped into the traveling spirit of Louis Vuitton while Miuccia Prada sought inspiration from the 1950s for Miu Miu.

From the last ready-to-wear collection by the Chanel in-house design studio (before Matthieu Blazy‘s debut in October) to Harris Reed now onto his fifth season as the creative force behind Nina Ricci – scroll further for part two of theFashionSpot’s highlights of Paris Fashion Week Fall 2025:

Taylor Swift is not one to miss parties, and she proved that by attending the Grammys afterparty on February 2. Changing into a sparkly Gucci minidress, Swift took netizens back to her “Midnights” era. The soirée was held at the Fleur Room in Los Angeles, and Swift lived up to her lyrics as her ensemble screamed, “By the way, I am going tonight.”

Taylor Swift attends Grammys afterparty in a Gucci minidress

Kellindo Parker, the lead guitarist for Janelle Monae, shared some stills from the Grammys 2025 after-party on his Instagram. Fortunately for Swifties, three of those pictures featured Taylor Swift from the Grammys and its after-party. The first picture showed them clicking a side selfie, highlighting Swift’s sparkly tweed dress. Another picture from the same angle showed the pop star pouting with her eyes closed, maintaining her “bejeweled” status.

Both pictures highlighted the top half of the dress, accentuating the little bows attached to her thin straps. To complete the look, she wore red lipstick and shimmery earrings. A fan account on X (formerly Twitter) shared a blurry picture of Swift in the same outfit, confirming that she wore a sleeveless silver tweed Gucci minidress. The Embroidered GG Wool Tweed Mini Dress, originally priced at $3,800, has now been sold out on the website.

Before changing into her tweed look, Swift appeared at the 2025 Grammy Awards in a bright red-colored Vivienne Westwood dress. The one-shoulder dress marked Swift’s first red carpet appearance of the year, which she paired with red high kitten heels. Although Swift did not take any awards home, she ensured she had a good time. Cameras caught her in her spirit as she cheered and grooved to fellow artists. Moreover, she presented Beyoncé with the Best Country Album of the Year for “Cowboy Carter,” marking the latter’s historic Grammy win in the category.

After Taylor Swift’s short dresses at the Grammys, fans await her anticipated appearance at the Super Bowl. In a recent interview with PEOPLE, Jason Kelce confirmed her appearance to cheer for her boyfriend and Chiefs player, Travis Kelce. He said, “I mean, I don’t want to speak for everybody, but I think obviously, our whole family. I believe, obviously Trav and Taylor, and his family and his friends.”

Taylor Swift was mesmerizing as she made her signature red a whole fashion moment at the 2025 Grammys. The singer wore a stunning Vivienne Westwood minidress to attend the star-studded celebratory event. While Swift turned heads with her striking entrance in an all-red ensemble, the dangly “T” thigh chain undoubtedly stole the spotlight at the 67th Grammy Awards, which was held at the Crypto.com Arena in Los Angeles on February 2. Moreover, the 35-year-old looked every bit a superstar while gracing the event.

Taylor Swift looked breathtaking as she walked the red carpet in an all-red ensemble at the 2025 Grammys. Styled by Joseph Cassell Falconer, the singer wore a bedazzled Vivienne Westwood minidress at the awards show. The little red one-shoulder piece featured a corseted bodice adorned with pleated detailing along the asymmetrical neckline. The Vivienne Westwood creation also included a draped wraparound-like skirt with a semi-slit.

The slit also revealed the delicate Lorraine Schwartz chain that Swift wore on one of the thighs. The gem-adorned piece also featured a dangly “T,” which could either be for “Taylor” or a subtle nod to the singer’s NFL star boyfriend, Travis Kelce. Meanwhile, Swift matched the accessory with her dangly Lorraine Schwartz chandelier earrings and huge ruby rings. She completed her ensemble with a pair of matching shiny strapped stilettos from Casadei.

As for her glam — courtesy of makeup artist Lorrie Turk — Swift rocked a stunning sharp winged eyeliner and paired it with her iconic red lipstick. Besides that, the singer wore her signature forehead bangs, and her blonde hair was styled in loose curls. Swift rounded off her all-red look with crimson nails. The “Fortnight” hitmaker’s stylist, Falconer, also shared a set of photos and clips of the pop star on Instagram from the awards show’s red carpet. And not so surprisingly, users took to the comments section to swoon over Taylor Swift’s 2025 Grammys look.

Taylor Swift has returned to the turf for Travis Kelce’s Chiefs game in a chic Vivienne Westwood plaid dress. An unconcealed fact about Swift and Kelce’s relationship is that they show up at certain venues to support each other. Monday night’s game marked one of many occasions when the Grammy winner attended a Kansas City Chiefs game in style. Similarly, the star athlete and tight end has reciprocated this energy by attending her Eras Tour concerts.

Taylor Swift’s Vivienne Westwood set is refreshing

Taylor Swift dressed in a refreshing Vivienne Westwood set for Monday night’s Chiefs game to support her boyfriend Travis Kelce. Swift’s outfit comprised a plaid, strapless corset top and a matching kilt that she paired with knee-high platform boots — a staple in her game day ensembles. She accessorized her look with gold and dainty jewelry, including a thick chain necklace, earrings, rings, bracelets, and a sling bag. Additionally, her bold makeup involved glittery freckles, a complementing manicure, red lipstick (the Chiefs’ color), and detailed eye makeup.

Taylor Swift was previously absent from two Kansas City Chiefs games, which is why attending Travis Kelce’s latest match was much awaited. Her attendance also meant running into her good friend and fellow WAG Brittany Mahomes, wife of Chiefs quarterback Patrick Mahomes. Footage from the game’s backstage showed the blonde duo running into each other and sharing an affectionate hug. Mahomes, who is pregnant with her third child, sported a head-to-toe red leather suit and spent the majority of the game with Swift.

In other good news, Taylor Swift recently overtook Rihanna as the world’s richest female musician. The “Anti-Hero” singer had previously acquired billionaire status largely owing to her record-braking Eras Tour in October. According to Forbes, Swift’s current net worth is $1.6 billion, which beats Rihanna’s estimated $1.4 billion net worth.

That’s a complete wrap on Paris Fashion Week Spring 2025, with Sébastien Meyer and Arnaud Vaillant of Coperni taking the fashion pack to Disneyland Paris to “magically” round out the fashion festivities. Since September 23, a total of 66 physical runway shows and 40 presentations have taken place within the City of the Light over the past week, making the Paris Fashion Week Spring 2025 season a one for the books.

Report: Paris Fashion Week Spring 2025

Mid-afternoon on Friday September 27, with a wildly star-studded cast including Gigi Hadid, Hedi Klum, Marcia Cross and Anok Yai (as the bride), Guram Gvasalia staged his latest Vetements collection, inspired by the Paris underground. Against a romantic and candle-lit backdrop of the Château de Bagatelle, Victoria Beckham presented her Paris Fashion Week Spring 2025 offering of sculptural breast plates, mixed print dresses, and cut-out tailoring.

Andreas Kronthaler brought punk to Paris for his Vivienne Westwood showcase while Nadège Vanhee-Cybulsk served up chocolate leathers that looked like butter at Hermès (and not even a PETA protester could distract from superb craftsmanship). Come nightfall on Saturday September 28, it was time to bare witness to the sophomore collection of Seán McGirr as McQueen creative director. Inside Paris’ École des Beaux-Arts, the Irish designer paid homage to the Alexander McQueen Fall 1994 collection, razor-sharp tailored suiting and Celtic influences.

Come Sunday, all eyes were on Alessandro Michele as he staged his debut runway show as Valentino creative director. Models paraded Michele’s designs of sumptuous fabrics, cascading ruffles, sequins, and bow detailing around a draped set and walked on a floor of broken mirrors. Closing out the weekend, Isabel Marant confirmed that the western trend is set to regain its momentum for Spring 2025, with a collection boasting fringe jackets, studded bags, and suede pieces.

Monday commenced with an open-air show from Stella McCartney at Paris Fashion Week. Oversized bags, suits, round form plush jackets in pastel colors, and splashes of red were consistent throughout McCartney’s lineup. Gabriela Hearst ditched New York for Paris this season, showcasing her creations on the Left Bank. Eclectic knits, sheer sheaths, and crinkled gold separates took the runway, next to sophisticated tailoring and some Western influence. To a remix of Gimmie More by Britney Spears, models at Balenciaga walked out onto an elevated catwalk, inspired by a dining table. Balenciaga creative director Demna, experimented with hoodies and denim, transforming jeans into gaiters and showing oversized sweatshirts with slogans that read “Fashion Designer”.

On the final day of Paris Fashion Week, Chanel (still without a creative director) ventured back to the Grand Palais. The Chanel Fashion Creation Studio team, gave us charming 1920s-style collars and classic tweeds that honored the brand’s rich heritage, while ostrich feather trim and delicate sheer looks floated past guests towards the end of the show. The finale was topped off with a live performance from Riley Keough, who gave attendees a rendition of Prince’s When Doves Cry, sat perched on a swing inside a vast white birdcage. At Miu Miu, Miuccia Prada doubled down on the no-pants look for another season. Nicolas Ghesquière honored the rich Louis Vuitton heritage with a runway inspired by the French fashion house’s signature trunks. Ghesquière’s lineup featured open peplum shirts, flowing silk dresses, oversized shoulder pads, and patterns by artist Laurent Grasso.

“Go off and show off, Nicolas! Let the girls know you can challenge taste without it being ugly. It looked expensive, it didn’t look tortured. Bravo!” [reese06]

“I LOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOVED IT. The soundtrack, the trunks as a runway. I loved the footwear, the bags, and the accessories. Ghesquiere is hitting his stride, I am so excited. I loved this collection, and I usually feel a way about what he’s been doing but I love, love, loved all of it.” [jeremydante]

“Great and surprising collection from Nicolas! Despite the layering in the styling, the amount of flow made it so enjoyable. Seeing those fabrics floating as the girls walked was fabulous!” [Lola701]

“Oh how the mighty have fallen…” [Frederic01]

“The set alone is a perfect display of the brand without a creative director: EMPTY! At this point, just give the CD position to anyone with a name because this cannot work for another season. Will it sell? Of course, it will, but it’s not sustainable.” [Salvatore]

“They are desperately in need of new creative director.” [Olaffo]

MISS | Miu Miu

“My biggest fear happened: Miu Miu has become ‘The Lotta Volkova Show’. Is Miuccia even involved in the creative process anymore? It just looks like Lotta went to the archives, pulled a lot of stuff, styled the whole thing with some logo merch, and job done.” [Lola701]

“Styling is 50% of the brand now, and I just find it stupid. Just stupid.” [yslforever]

“I’m really annoyed by all the gimmicks – celebrities, styling, film. The clothes have nothing to say, honestly (and we can say the same about Miuccia).” [thiago]

HIT | McQueen

“1000x better than Seán McGirr’s debut.” [justpassingthrough]

“This is light years away from that heinous debut. It’s unexpectedly good. It’s not on Lee’s (or even Burton’s) level, but it’s was a good collection and a good show. He should’ve dumped the heavy platforms in favour of sleek stilettos and “floating” heels, but one thing at a time.” [LadyJunon]

“For me this show was a massive improvement from his debut, massive. We can all agree that we will never get McQueen in the dark version of yore, that’s a thing of the past. But I thought that McGirr this time got his s**t together and delivered a much more focused and commercially appealing collection.” [bc collector]

“It feels very déjà-vu and I blame the excessive styling. I believe without the amount of lace gloves, piercings, and better casting, it would’ve felt less Michele and more Garavani.” [thiago]

“Michele almost fooled me with that first look. The most anticipated show of the season and the most flop one. He confirmed he is a one-trick pony and has the most one-dimensional vision ever.” [FashionPower]

“Same shtick, different season. The sooner Balenciaga and Demna part ways the better. Absolutely cannot wait to move on from this monstrosity of a direction. This whole streetwear aesthetic for Balenciaga feels beyond tired, dated, and overplayed in 2024.” [vogue28]

“Why do we exist in a world where this vision of Balenciaga is tolerated…especially by luxury consumers?” [GERGIN]

“Truly stunning. Seriously can’t stop looking at this collection. This is how you do real punk, kids, unlike any Hedi Slimane or Marc Jacobs take on it. I feel it like a contemporary, more sculptural Vivienne Westwood.” [philophile]

“I can’t imagine the Paris fashion week without Yohji and the lovely Hôtel De Ville. Hands down one of the best collections this season!” [Kanzai]

“Truly gorgeous. The master can do no wrong even if it’s just a little expansion of his usual vocabulary. In the sea of pretentious fashion, Yohji remains true to himself. A feast to be savored!” [dancv]

“I like this. So sleek and easy on the eyes. There’s just something that seems so pure about this.” [Cocteau Stone]

“It’s a bit all over the place indeed. I can’t see any cohesion in this collection. Oversized suits, chiffon dresses, leather dresses, t dresses, ripped pants/tops/dresses, lace, wool balloon tops, sequin, pearls. cut-ouPhew, that’s a lot to take.” [Valentine27]

“It’s like the Ann Taylor and Hervé Léger shows got mixed together.” [Irere]

MISS | Gabriela Hearst

IMAGE | SPOTLIGHT/LAUNCHMETRICS

“She should stay in NYFW where this collection belongs.” [JohannesL]

“”As a Uruguayan designer, Gabriela Hearst would have the ideal opportunity to put the traditional fabrics of her country and Latin America on the international map, but this set of things is a mix of meaningless things that, instead of making you raise an eyebrow, invites you to close both eyes.” [IndigoHomme]

MISS | Andreas Kronthaler for Vivienne Westwood

IMAGE | SPOTLIGHT/LAUNCHMETRICS

“Sad to say… I just don’t feel Vivienne anymore.” [bennyboy]

“Where’s the ‘punk’? How can you be anti-mainstream, when you create something so easily digestible? With a brand like VW I don’t even care if it’s try-hard or edgy or obnoxious, because that’s the entire point!” [Machinegumm]

“It was cleaner, more commercial. It lacked that defiant punk energy that Vivienne did so well.
Even the runway soundtrack was odd, it wasn’t Vivienne Westwood at all.” [jeremydante]

HIT | Hermès

IMAGE | SPOTLIGHT/LAUNCHMETRICS

“Hermès womenswear is one of a kind! Nadège Vanhee-Cybulski is doing an exceptional job! Great collection. Love the see-through knit. Stunning. Nobody does timeless luxury like them.” [imjustken]

“I really enjoyed the show! Loved the set and also the dynamic walks. I find the collection very appealing.” [Valentine27]

“This is absolutely sufficient for Hermès. It’s the quiet conservative high-quality luxury that its clientele is looking for. Hermès is the LAST fashion house that needs to be ‘fashion-forward’. The brand is already so mature and so well SET, it already has a reliable surefire formula – both commercially and creatively.” [GoldenPetals]

MISS | Vetements

“Dreadful.” [GoldenPetals]

“I couldn’t care less about the clothes. Pure trash.” [thiago]

MISS | Victoria Beckham

IMAGE | SPOTLIGHT/LAUNCHMETRICS

“She’s desperately trying to be someone she clearly isn’t.” [helmutnotdead]

“Why is Victoria Beckham always trying so hard to be someone she isn’t? She should do a sexier, more glamorous take on minimalism and stop with the artsy nonsense.” [avonlea002]

“She could donate the money to the poor, instead of doing poor fashion every season.” [90sfan]

HIT | Junya Watanabe

IMAGE | SPOTLIGHT/LAUNCHMETRICS

“I love this! Saw the first look and knew this was going to be a hit. Junya rarely disappoints.” [Machinegumm]

“The amount of ideas here is on a whole other level, very impressive.” [tatouejeremie]

“Absolute gold! zeroWhat a relief after the barrage-effortfort collections from all the other brands!” [amak]

MISS | Ann Demeulemeester

IMAGE | SPOTLIGHT/LAUNCHMETRICS

“Another brand that makes no sense without its founder.” [avonlea002]

“Ann D mixed with ‘dumpster diving homeless people’. Stefano Gallici better correct course for next season, because this is NOT the direction this brand should go.” [Machinegumm]

“Ann was never ratty. Bohemian, yes, in the likes of Baudelaire perhaps but not ratty.” [Not Plain Jane]

HIT | Ludovic de Saint Sernin

“His work is starting to grow on me. It’s well constructed, which isn’t something most of his peers can say.” [LadyJunon]

If you thought the first portion of Paris Fashion Week was something to behold for the Spring 2025 season, the second half of the 9-day event granted us just as many fantastical fashion moments. McQueen’s Seán McGirr staged his sophomore collection as creative director, presenting razor-sharp tailored suiting and references to the Alexander McQueen Fall 1994 collection. Alessandro Michele made his long-awaited debut as Valentino creative director, staging his first runway at the helm of the luxury Italian fashion house. Sumptuous fabrics, cascading ruffles, sequins, and bow detailing were on full display, as models walked across a runway of broken glass. Chanel staged its first prêt-à-porter show without an official creative director while Nicolas Ghesquière‘s Louis Vuitton showcase paid homage to the rich heritage of the French fashion house.

See, we told you the second half of PFW would save the best moments for last. Scroll further for part two of theFashionSpot’s highlights from Paris Fashion Week Spring 2025:

Make no mistake that as editor-in-chief of British ELLE, Kenya Hunt has demonstrated the ability to drop covers featuring a whole bevy of A-list and buzz-worthy talent – from Lizzo and Margaret Qualley to Cara Delevingne and Jodie Turner-Smith. Added to Hunt’s impressive list of cover conquests with the unveiling of the ELLE‘s May 2024 offering is Raye. The English singer-songwriter, who earlier this year made Brit Awards history by taking home a record-breaking six awards, can be found posing before the lens of photographer Brendan Freeman. Against a fabric backdrop, Raye poses in the cover shot wearing a crochet look from the Spring 2024 Andreas Kronthaler for Vivienne Westwood collection, as selected for the occasion by stylist Jenny Kennedy.

Read below the reactions of theFashionSpot’s forum members:

“The styling is a mess,” cried out MDNA the moment the cover struck.

“Looks like an unfortunate nappy…” honeycombchild chimed in.

Also quick to share their absolute disapproval was MModa, exclaiming: “This cover is an eyesore!”

Vogue28 could not have agreed more, sharing: “A horrible cover, which appears even more unflattering in person. Not at all sure who would be enticed enough to look at this and want to purchase. The colors, the dress, the hair, the total lack of energy and zero signs of life… I am dumbfounded this even made it to print.”

“Awful. All of it. Raye is a pretty woman and they just trashed her,” expressed Alquimista.

Twenty six days, four fashion capitals, one almighty season – and that’s a wrap on Paris Fashion Week!

At the start of the PFW festivities, the Fédération de la Haute Couture et de la Mode looked toward Maria Grazia Chiuri at Christian Dior to kick things into high gear, who zeroed in on the maison’s history, in particular the legacy of Marc Bohan (and the launch of the Miss Dior line in 1967). Also staging their showcase on day one was Saint Laurent’s Anthony Vaccarello, who stripped down his Saint Laurent woman to the bare essentials, dressing his femme fatales in sheer pencil skirts, blouses and statement killer heels. Models at Courrèges navigated the Carreau du Temple as a fabric floor rose and feel to the sounds of heavy breathing, working Nicolas Di Felice’s sexy collection of geometric cuts. Later on during day three, Dries Van Noten showed a collection that was both eclectic and wearable while trench coats and sculptural silhouettes reigned supreme at Olivier Rousteing‘s Balmain presentation.

Rick Owens’ Fall 2024 collection was inspired by his upbringing and love of opera – using recycled materials to create shaggy coats, spacesuits and his signature voluminous silhouettes. Chemena Kamali was soon making her highly-anticipated debut as Chloé creative director, strongly influenced by the 70s Karl Lagerfeld era of the brand for a collection boasting natural femininity, sensuality, power, liberation, and declaring the return of boho-chic. While the industry awaits a new Givenchy creative director to be named, the design studio took the reins once again this season. For Rabanne, Julien Dossena outlined an eclectic wardrobe of pony hair outerwear and faux-cheetah shearlings, layered over knitwear, handkerchief skirts and blouses. Over on Place Vendôme, Daniel Roseberry presented his prêt-à-porter collection for Schiaparelli, featuring embellished dresses, ties made of braided hair and all-star model lineup.

Jonathan Anderson, who has a distinctive talent for transforming to ordinary into the extraordinary opened up Friday’s slot, with his latest Loewe collection inspired by the work of American landscape artist Albert York. Guram Gvasalia unveiled a supersized collection of dramatic streetwear at Vetements while Victoria Beckham attempted to re-examine and transform the silhouette at the core of her brand. Nadège Vanhee-Cybulski at Hermès took a cue from the Parisian weather and started a literal rainfall inside, as models walked the slick runway in an array of chocolate, burgundy and sun-kissed sand colors. Anger management meet avant-garde at Comme des Garçons and it was soon time for us to bare witness to Seán McGirr‘s (highly-criticized) debut at Alexander McQueen. The Irish designer invited us inside a vast industrial space on the outskirts of Paris, who had drew upon McQueen’s early collections to bestow upon us body-engulfing knitwear and razor-sharp tailoring.

Demna set the Balenciaga runway inside a room completely surrounded by ginormous screens on all sides. The Georgian designer took dust bags, backpacks, nylon gym bags and reimagined them into tops, skirts and dresses and a finale dress completely constructed entirely out of repurposed lingerie. Mid-afternoon on day seven, Pierpaolo Piccioli decided to reduce his palette exclusively to black while Casey Cadwallader presented a Mugler collection full of drama, energy and unapologetic sexiness from models like Natasha Poly, Irina Shayk and Eva Herzigova.

Kicking off the final day of Paris Fashion Week, as per usual, was Chanel. Rich with Parisian chic influences and full of the fabled French fashion house’s signature codes like tweed and the iconic flap handbag, Virginie Viard‘s collection was a love letter to the seaside resort of Deauville. Miuccia Prada’s cast of women including Kristin Scott Thomas and Ángela Molina at Miu Miu sported Miuccia’s wardrobe staples for the modern-day girl about town. Closing out the PFW festivities in sensational style was Nicolas Ghesquière, with his dazzlingly futuristic 10th anniversary showcase for Louis Vuitton at the Cour Carrée du Louvre.

Needless to say, the Fall 2024 season of Paris Fashion Week lived up to the hype. Scroll further for all the hits and misses of PFW, all in accordance with theFashionSpot’s loyal army of unfiltered fashion critics:

HIT | Valentino

IMAGE | SPOTLIGHT

“It’s an exquisite, elegant and luxurious collection. I think that’s what Maison Valentino has always been about so for me this presentation was definitely an achievement. There’s nothing new but we can see an interesting play with shapes, lengths and fabrics. all the lace looked sumptuous! Also, I absolutely love all-black outfits and looks so this was personally, a treat.” [WAVES]

“J’adore! Beeeeaaautiful garments, great casting and everything looked expensive!” [Ihhbl]

“Those black patent 80’s pump! Heavenly! I didn’t expect much from him but it was such a nice surprise. A very beautiful collection! It was insanely glamorous, diverse and grown up. That’s what I’m looking for!
I really love the wardrobe approach and there are some exquisite pieces. Bravo PPP!” [Lola701]

MISS | Alexander McQueen

IMAGE | VOGUE

“What a very bland, generic collection. Nothing stands out, it’s all so painfully forgettable. Even at their worst, Sarah and Lee had exquisite tailoring to back them up. This doesn’t look exquisite. And of course, not much McQueen to be seen here. Any attempts at interpreting McQueen silhouettes fail to impress me. I really wanted to like this, but McGirr’s first attempt was a massive non-event. The show isn’t over yet and I can’t for the life of me remember a single good look I’ve seen in the past ten minutes.” [aracic]

“I was not prepared for how psychotic this made me feel. I’m gonna be sick.” [sussieinmcswanny]

“Diluted Alexander McQueen for Gen Z’s. I feel nothing. God help us all.” [FelipeV]

HIT | Chloé

IMAGE | SPOTLIGHT

“Looooove it! It has the Chloé energy from the early 2000! Very well made, the three last dresses are sooo beautiful. Easy, uncomplicated, unpretentious, cool, and the colors are nice – we needed that! Bravo Chemena! Chloé is BACK!” [Creative]

“Amazing debut ! Chloé is back. Last time it was interesting was when Natasha took the helm. Minus the bags, I enjoyed everything! Well Done!” [GivenchyAddict]

“So gentle and romantic. After Hearst’s overly serious tenure, I’m so grateful for the return of flou and soft colors. Very strong debut and a potential redemption arc for Chloé!” [LadyJunon]

HIT | Hermès

IMAGE | SPOTLIGHT

“A beautiful well-built collection. These are all coherent looks a woman can just wear off the runway. Hermès value is its plug-and-play sophistication. The Hermès customer wants to put no work into looking like they shop in Paris and only buy the best.” [Nimsay]

“It’s all just so consistently flawless, sleek, streamlined, immaculate, wearable, expensive-looking and extremely well made that I can never bring myself to dislike a Hermès collection – and this season is certainly no different. Gorgeous color palette, fabrics and textures.” [vogue28]

“It’s all about conservative quality with this house for me. The fabrics look truly exquisite and the construction is immaculate.” [GoldenPetals]

See all the looks from the Hermès Fall 2024 collection.

MISS | Balenciaga

IMAGE | SPOTLIGHT

“The oversized trend sort of annoys me more than Y2K. Those big shoulders really need to go. When the show started I thought it was solid but then it got progressively worse… what a nightmare! If Demna has to stay, then he has to do formal/evening wear only.” [thiago]

“I can’t with this brand. It’s beyond old-fashioned and passé. The worst. I have the biggest prejudices against it.” [Creative]

“Please, stop it with the clown shoes!” [Machinegumm]

See all the looks from the Balenciaga Fall 2024 collection.

MISS | Mugler

IMAGE | SPOTLIGHT

“More clothes for tramps and streetwalkers.” [gallianostan]

“Every collection by Casey Cadwallader has “Yas queen skinny legend Versace boots the house down slay queen hungry mama and oop daddy work Charli xcx snatch my wig” written all over it. It’s as if TikTok designed it.” [avonlea002]

“If ‘Lowest Common Denominator’ was a brand.” [GoldenPetals]

HIT | Comme des Garçons

“Very nice. So her, yet finally feels slightly different. Sexier than usual.” [dontbeadrag]

“Strangely romantic.” [Machinegumm]

I always end up buying at least 3 dresses. This season i want and need all of them.” [90sFan]

HIT | Schiaparelli

IMAGE | SPOTLIGHT

“Daniel Roseberry made the collection feel luxurious and effortless at the same time. I like it.” [couturefan]

“It’s quite a great collection! I’m actually surprised by how much I love this! He has finally injected some lightness and his clothes finally allows movement!” [Lola701]

“I’m impressed! So chic and effortless. I feel like his prêt-à-porter feels much more aligned to this idea of Parisian elegance. Also love how the hats bring a sense of lightness and fun.” [thiago]

See all the looks from the Schiaparelli Fall 2024 collection.

MISS | Ann Demeulemeester

IMAGE | SPOTLIGHT

“Feels more like fan art of an Ann Demeulemeester collection than an actual Ann Demeulemeester collection.” [Machinegumm]

“Ludovic’s debut collection was much better. This feels directionless and tired, show wasn’t necessary.” [avonlea002]

“Oh boy. A no from me. It’s giving nothing.” [90sFan]

MISS | Isabel Marant

IMAGE | SPOTLIGHT

“I swear I’ve been watching the same show for the past 5+ years. If I was a woman I’d be buying new Chloé…” [plentyofhorns]

“She clearly needs a reinvention, the clothes is not exciting, the brand image is getting stale. Maybe a different stylist/ art director to help to spice thing up.” [THD96]

“If you feel like buying the same clothes over and over and over and over again, Isabel Marant is a great place to start!” [jeanclaude]

See all the looks from the Isabel Marant Fall 2024 collection.

MISS | Christian Dior

IMAGE | SPOTLIGHT

“How far Dior has fallen. Totally forgettable collection, not a single memorable look and a mediocre cast. It all blends into one big blur.” [Deleted Member]

“Maria Grazia Chiuri REFUSES to have good taste.” [Salvatore]

“This collection is such a nasty surprise after the really nice Pre-Fall one! Of course the pieces are well-made, but everything feels empty and cold, despite the warm palette. Some of the silhouettes are just too simple or too literal. And don’t get me started on the MISS DIOR lettering, which, of course, had to be repeated on too many looks…” [perhydrol]

See all the looks from the Christian Dior Fall 2024 collection.

MISS | Givenchy

“This brand is in such a bad state right now it’s actually sad to witness.” [gallianostan]

HIT | Loewe

“Fashion, glorious fashion!” [Ruito]

“The color palette and the prints are delicious! The tailoring impeccable and it all brings joy to winter!” [Ihhbl]

See all the looks from the Loewe Fall 2024 collection.

HIT | Yohji Yamamoto

IMAGE | SPOTLIGHT

“Truly stunning. Seriously can’t stop looking at this collection. This is how you do real punk, kids, unlike any Hedi Slimane or Marc Jacobs take on it. I feel it like a contemporary, more sculptural Vivienne Westwood.” [philophile]

“Yohji is still THE master cutter. And the plaid looks are just so beautiful!” [notfatgoddess]

“And that is how you leave the rest of Paris in the dust!” [gallianostan]

See all the looks from the Yohji Yamamoto Fall 2024 collection.

MISS | Vetements

IMAGE | SPOTLIGHT

“You can really sense the desperation in this one.” [youthinasia]

“So tired, so passe. Everything looks so dated at this point.” [tourbillions]

See all the looks from the Vetements Fall 2024 collection.

HIT | Saint Laurent

“This is so beautiful I want to SCREAM!” [prylvi]

MISS | Victoria Beckham

IMAGE | SPOTLIGHT

“Completely faceless. She’s a poor woman’s Philo.” [GoldenPetals]

“Annoying design gimmicks added to otherwise bland separates. No one needs a blazer the color of putrid egg nog with a dislodged lapel and an upturned hem. It doesn’t make sense.” [Kennnnn]

“All of her collections are just so… there. The wallflower of shows.” [Machinegumm]

See all the looks from the Victoria Beckham Fall 2024 collection.

MISS | Nina Ricci

IMAGE | SPOTLIGHT

“Irrelevant and amateur.” [GivenchyHomme]

“I’m sorry but mixture of Chanel knock-off and Vaccarello’s Saint Laurent with a sprinkle of Vauthier is not going to help to bring Nina Ricci back into the fashion conversation. The fabrics choice just screams Project Runway to me.” [THD96]

“What a mess.” [WAVES]

HIT | Carven

“Elegant and chic but with a twist.” [WAVES]

“The attitude of the collection feels very relaxed. Great individual pieces combined with sublime styling from Suzanne Koller. It’s just a chef kiss. I like the direction Louis Trotter is going for Carven.” [THD96]

“A lot of the shapes reference 1950s couture, done in a contemporary way.” [Kennnnn]

HIT | Issey Miyake

IMAGE | SPOTLIGHT

“Wonderful! This look is the epitome of elegance. I see Fashion with a capital F!” [thiago]

“It’s quite fabulous! Everything works! Even teal which isn’t the most forgiving color is working here. Those prints are fabulous too.” [Lola701]

“A masterclass of volume, draping, layering, texture, and color. Bravo! The final four looks are stunning. The flow is a unique sense of pure chic.” [TerraVera]

MISS | Rick Owens

“Meh, it feels like another collection designed for social media stunts.” [thiago]

“How depressing it must have been for people to get up early on a Thursday morning to go to this show. I only wish they were lucky enough to have gone to Chloé later that day.” [Kennnnn]

“Boring. Some of the knit dresses are fine, but it’s all so boring. Dare I say, reserved. It’s like he’s tempered or meditative, so this is all we’re gonna get. Cold, stale crumbs.” [TerraVera]

“I love how consistent he is. Another great collection, rich in textures and colors. I’d love to touch everything!” [thiago]

“Fabulous collection! I love how he is pushing the needle in terms of taste but it still feels familiar. It’s just enough. Marie-Amelie Sauvé must have fun styling it because she delivered! Great shoes and fantastic bags!” [Lola701]

HIT | Balmain

“My favorite show Olivier Rousteing has done in a while. I loved the fruit prints and aesthetic for the most part (not really as jewelry), it felt more warm and motherly to me rather than matronly and out of touch. Quite an endearing collection.” [Nader]

“Good cast! I love when designers use actual women as models instead of 15-year-olds.” [plentyofhorns]

“A beautiful collection giving a feeling of purity. Nothing was excessive. No one works colors like Dries does.” [IloveDiorHomme]

“I don’t feel like this is connecting with anyone. A waste of resources. Ib Kamara is probably a talented stylist but not a designer. It’s totally disconnected from the hip-hop culture and looks like a styling exercise.” [Lola701]

“This is baaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaad.” [90sFan]

HIT | Courrèges

“Ooh, I quite enjoyed this. It’s very sleek and sexy and confident, which hasn’t really been a part of this season’s conversation anywhere.” [Mr-Dale]

“Despite the unusual pocket placement, the collection is still very strong. The sleek designs, strong cuts, and perfect styling by Marie Chaix really enhance the collection. The outerwear are the strongest and my favorite looks.” [THD96]

“The soundtrack slapped and the casting slayed as always.” [LadyJunon]

MISS | Chanel

“The hats and boots only made it worse.” [Mrs.T]

“Virginie Viard’s Chanel is so limited. This is giving more Loewe pre-Jonathan Anderson than Chanel. The clothes are not beautiful nor flattering.” [tourbillions]

“Vile. One of Viard’s worst collections indeed (not that the rest were good by any mean). I’m shocked bosses at Chanel are OK with her shows. This brand has gone from the top of the top to the most absolute irrelevance. I am sorry for Virginie, because she’s lovely, but she has no talent to be a creative director.” [Creative]

HIT | Louis Vuitton

“The set is everything.” [matheus_s]

“This is fabulous! I can always count on Nicolas to do the job and deliver. Maybe not the best collection of the season but these clothes have fashion energy and I can always appreciate that because it’s lacking so much in with other fashion houses.” [ghostwriter10549]

“It was such a great show! Full of references! The furry gloves he did at Balenciaga, the references to his own Vuitton collections! 10 years ago on the morning, we were excited for that new challenge for him and now 10 years later, at night we were celebrating his achievement. Fashion with a capital F! He is still the best ever for me! Stunning show, outstanding.” [Lola701]

“Raf, you stay away from Miu Miu. This collection is simply amazing.” [Gazillion]

“I LOVED EVERYTHING ABOUT IT! Need to get these kitten heels I’m obsessed.” [prylvi]

“Funny how this feels more Prada than Prada. Great collection, great styling, one of my favorites this season.” [donyan]

HIT | Lutz Huelle

“His best collection in years. The moody setting really does wonders to the presentation of his work.” [LadyJunon]

“So beautiful, one of the best collections in Paris.” [Kanzai]

“I love Lutz, I’m always rooting for him and it’s so great that now he has the support of AZFactory/Richemont! This collection feels more elevated and it’s really great. His strongest definitely!” [Lola701]
