That’s a complete wrap on Paris Fashion Week, with the 9-day fashion extravaganza coming to one almighty close last night following a megawatt presentation from Anthony Vaccarello at Saint Laurent. Vaccarello was tasked with closing out The Fédération de la Haute Couture et de la Mode’s schedule and amped up the drama with a “fantastically 80s” collection.

Earlier in the week, the second portion of Paris Fashion Week served up the Fall 2025 collection of Victoria Beckham, who presented a collection that focused on form-fitting dresses and strong tailoring. This season, the Hermès woman got tougher while Elie Saab was all about après-ski glamour. Statement fur was seen on coats, boots, headpieces, and bags. At the Galerie de Géologie et de Minéralogie, Seán McGirr explored the relationship of English urban life and the great outdoors for McQueen.

Now onto his fifth Valentino collection, Alessandro Michele insisted his models strut a red-tiled runway, decked out in extravagant gowns, embellished suits and lace headpieces. At Balenciaga, Demna served up everything from floor-length hoodies and officecore looks to bathrobes and sportswear-inspired looks. Nicolas Ghesquière once again tapped into the traveling spirit of Louis Vuitton while Miuccia Prada sought inspiration from the 1950s for Miu Miu.

From the last ready-to-wear collection by the Chanel in-house design studio (before Matthieu Blazy‘s debut in October) to Harris Reed now onto his fifth season as the creative force behind Nina Ricci – scroll further for part two of theFashionSpot’s highlights of Paris Fashion Week Fall 2025:

Lindsay Lohan’s latest photoshoot for the NY Post was oh-so-dreamy, with the actor looking like a goddess in pastel outfits. The star posed in an array of pastel hues, rocking dresses that would be a perfect fit for summer. She also flaunted her dirty blonde hip-length hair in the cover shoot, which further elevated the goddess-like look she was going for.

Lindsay Lohan pairs her long tresses with pastel outfits for NY Post photoshoot

NY Post’s Alexa recently revealed the cover star for its holiday issue, featuring none other than Lindsay Lohan, who looked heavenly in pastel outfits and hip-length hair in the photoshoot. The cover shoot involved lots of tulle and flowy silhouettes. Moreover, she donned an elaborate piece on her forehead for one of the looks. The Piaget necklace, worn as a headpiece, further elevated the ethereal vibe of the shoot.

Lohan revealed in a behind-the-scenes clip that the team changed direction midway through the photoshoot. It started out as “more modern, structured” but ended up “more playful, romantic” as they proceeded with the shoot. In the clip, she noted that the Zimmerman dress fascinated her the most. She wasn’t sure how the piece would look when she first saw it on the hanger. But it turned out absolutely gorgeous, giving the photos an “ethereal” and “fairytale-like” touch.

However, her favorite look was the Giambattista Valli since the floral number featured pockets. She exclaimed, “If you show me a dress with pockets, I want it.” This shouldn’t come as a surprise, as the actor was spotted out and about in the same dress late last month. Other than these, she also wore a gold satin dress from Stella McCartney and a pink flowy number from Self-Portrait with a dramatic cape.

Her pastel yellow robe from Tanner Fletcher added a festive touch to the photoshoot. Lohan paired the fur-trimmed piece with polka-dotted tights. To add some seasonal looks to the shoot, the team also incorporated a super furry coat from The Attico.

Lindsay Lohan’s hair played a huge role in pulling these looks together, as she sported her hip-length hair in beachy waves throughout the photoshoot. She simply parted her hair down the middle, letting the sheer length of her tresses do the talking in the photos.

If you thought the first portion of Paris Fashion Week was something to behold for the Spring 2025 season, the second half of the 9-day event granted us just as many fantastical fashion moments. McQueen’s Seán McGirr staged his sophomore collection as creative director, presenting razor-sharp tailored suiting and references to the Alexander McQueen Fall 1994 collection. Alessandro Michele made his long-awaited debut as Valentino creative director, staging his first runway at the helm of the luxury Italian fashion house. Sumptuous fabrics, cascading ruffles, sequins, and bow detailing were on full display, as models walked across a runway of broken glass. Chanel staged its first prêt-à-porter show without an official creative director while Nicolas Ghesquière‘s Louis Vuitton showcase paid homage to the rich heritage of the French fashion house.

See, we told you the second half of PFW would save the best moments for last. Scroll further for part two of theFashionSpot’s highlights from Paris Fashion Week Spring 2025:

The first portion of PFW gave us a stellar and dazzling display from Saint Laurent, we sat and watched Peter Do make his debut on the PFW calendar and witnessed Gabriela Hearst take her last bow as creative director of Chloé.
The second half of the week upped the ante to deliver us another series of showstopping moments, including Sarah Burton’s last outing as creative director of Alexander McQueen, Stella McCartney staging a makeshift French market, Pierpaolo Piccioli’s Valentino show took us inside the great hall of the École Nationale Supérieure des Beaux-Art while the true genius of John Galliano was on full display at Maison Margiela.

As quickly as it began, New York Fashion Week is now officially over. Everyone from Tom Ford to Brock Collection has shown us what we’ll be wearing next fall/winter (or more likely what Zara will next have featured in their store’s front window in a few short months). Whether you sat front row or watched the action via live stream, NYFW’s been a blast, despite the dismal February weather.

In case you missed a few key shows, we’ve got the lowdown on the real show notes, straight from our forum members.

Here’s what you need to know: The Tom Ford silhouette is more simplified this season, Ralph Lauren‘s still the true master of all-American fashion and Tomo Koizumi should now be truly on your radar (all thanks to Katie Grand).

Sophie Delafontaine needs to quit stealing Nicholas Ghesquière’s aesthetic over at Longchamp, Carolina Herrera should immediately start scouting a new creative director and the Helmut Lang label needs to be put out of its on-going misery. Ulla Johnson should stick to what she’s doing with those fabulous prints and a very big thank you goes to Michael Kors for uplifting everyone’s spirits with the legendary Barry Manilow’s live rendition of his 1978 hit ‘Copacabana’ (something we never ever thought we wanted). Oh, and did we mention 90s supermodel Christy Turlignton made a return to the runway for Marc Jacobs?

Take a look for yourself at all the hits and misses of the Fall 2019 season at New York Fashion Week, according to theFashionSpot’s unfiltered and unbiased forum members, who deliberated over each and every show. We’re heading to London next … so stay tuned!

Despite the rain, The Big Apple was a hub of activity during New York Fashion Week Spring 2019. Marc Jacobs brought the week to a close last night and not even his hour-late show detracted from his brilliant collection.

Tom Ford kicked off the week with an immaculate collection that reflected his Yves Saint Laurent days. We watched Ralph Lauren commandeer Central Park and take his bow at his monumental 50th-anniversary show. Carly Cushnie went solo this season and front row attendees admired a pregnant and glowing Lily Aldridge take to the Brandon Maxwell catwalk all over the past few days. Rodarte is now firmly back on the NYFW calendar after a two-year hiatus, whileWes Gordon’s debut for Carolina Herrera received a standing ovation. Parisian label Longchamp flaunted its first-ever ready-to-wear collection before the eyes of Kate Moss and Kendall Jenner, while Sies Marjan remained one to watch by showcasing an “exquisite” collection.

Our unfiltered forum members have been on hand throughout the week deliberating over each collection. Here are their hits and misses of New York Fashion Week’s Spring 2019 season. Pack your bags for London!
