Today, on the third day of Milan Fashion Week, the Camera Nazionale della Moda Italiana’s schedule granted us the Prada Fall 2025 collection. Miuccia Prada and Raf Simons have been co-creative directors of Prada since 2020, with the duo’s latest for the iconic Italian fashion label marking the pair’s tenth womenswear outing together. The creative twosome welcomed guests (like Hunter Schafer and Danielle Deadwyler) inside Fondazione Prada and granted showgoers playing with proportions, varying textures, and bold color ways. Signature Prada staples (including architectural coats, deconstructed shirting, and bow detailing) were reimagined, as models paraded the showspace echoing the menswear presentation from January.
Prada Fall 2025 Collection Review
Read below the reactions of theFashionSpot’s forum members:
“That was hideous. Everything looked ill-fitting, unflattering and stiff in all the wrong places. The color palette was drab and the prints were some of the worst in the brand’s history. Miuccia is really lost and Raf makes it even worse.” [Avonlea]
“I’m going to stop hoping things will get better for this brand. It’s sad to see the lack of concept and finesse. I’m so ready for Raf to go.” [charmedp321]
“Raf really hates women and wants them to look as ugly as possible.” [Grets]
“This is literally the worst Prada collection I have seen.” [cheapthrills]
“I loved the collection and will die on that hill.” [proseccotabis]
“First Prada collection I’ve really liked in a while. Bravo Miuccia and Raf.” [LadyJunon]
“I find this very good. It feels modern, and there is something very confident and authoritative in many of the looks. I would leave out the fur collars and scale back on the use of leather, but there are some great coats and excellent knits.” [Kennnnn]
