That’s a wrap on the Fall 2025 season of London Fashion Week. Running from February 20 until February 24, the schedule put out by The British Fashion Council proved to be a far more streamlined affair in comparison to seasons past – but that didn’t stop the remaining designers from showing up and showing out.

To open up LFW with a bang, Harris Reed insisted upon Florence Pugh taking to the catwalk for a drama-filled runway showcase complete with live musicians. Richard Quinn showed his Fall 2025 collection in London on a whimsical, snowy runway and dialed up the glamour (and then some). Mid-century gothic made a comeback via Bora Aksu, whose collection boasted romantic silhouettes in a black and white color palette with pops of pink. Dilara Findikoglu brought LFW show-goers to an industrial nightclub in North London while Simone Rocha’s show was defined by faux fur tops, tulle accessories, and an abundance of bows. To conclude London Fashion Week, Daniel Lee at Burberry gave us a celebration of all-things British.

From Erdem Moralıoğlu taking over the British Museum and partnering with the artist Kaye Donachie to Roksanda seeking inspiration from the artist Phyllida Barlow – scroll further for theFashionSpot’s highlights of London Fashion Week Fall 2025:

Today marks the conclusion of the Fall 2025 season of London Fashion Week, with Daniel Lee of Burberry rounding out The British Fashion Council’s schedule of shows. Rumors have been rampant for a number of months that Lee is set to exit Burberry as creative director, having joined the British luxury fashion house in 2022. Earlier today, the English designer welcomed guests (including the likes of Rosie Huntington-Whiteley and Jodie Turner-Smith) inside the historic Tate Britain. An equally as impressive lineup graced the royal blue runway, as Lee cast Lesley Manville, Naomi Campbell, and Kirsty Hume to walk his show (a showcase of quintessential British cool with jewel-toned suiting, sleek outerwear, and fringed gowns).

Read below the reactions of theFashionSpot’s forum members:

“The casting was absolutely amazing! The rest I don’t care.” [GivenchyAddict]

“Dated and no story in one word: disjointed. Feels like Daniel Lee has been there 6 years already doing the same type of collection.” [PDFSD]

“Considering the assignment it was good.” [tatouejeremie]

“The color palette was really nice. He still managed to maintain some of his Daniel Lee signature pieces, mixed in with some more merchandise stuff in. The celeb casting was fine and made sense.” [Thefrenchy]

“I really loved it. Daniel Lee is after all very talented.” [Lola701]

“Probably his best collection to date. I don’t like everything (the coat on Edie Campbell was atrocious) but most of it is so desirable! Good job!” [Ihhbl]

“A fantastic casting and not a bad show at all, given the fact the previous ones were car crashes to say the least. The color palette is gorgeous. The coats in particular were stunning. Naomi’s look was incredible.” [proseccotabis]

Day two of the Fall 2025 season of London Fashion Week, and The British Fashion Council’s five-day calendar granted us the collection of Dilara Findikoglu on day two. Noted for only presenting one collection a year, the Turkish-British designer selected the North London Electrowerkz nightclub for the show venue. The late 19th-century industrial warehouse served as the perfect backdrop for such a collection, as Dutch model Lara Stone made for a much-welcomed surprise as she opened the show dressed in a figure-hugging snakeskin two-piece. Elsewhere throughout the collection, flowing jellyfish dresses, scallop shell bikini bottoms, and waves of ginger hair were splashed throughout. A nude tattooed leather bustier dress, which closed the collection, is guaranteed to be seen on someone soon in the coming months for a major viral red carpet moment.

“Dilara Theyskens!” [jeanclaude]

“She wants a Jean Paul Gaultier collaboration so bad.” [TomBlanksFullFatMiuMiu]

“She should just design costumes for singers. As a fashion designer Dilara Findikoglu is average.” [Alquimista]

“The construction is an improvement from her previous collections, and I appreciate she’s trying to do something that requires some innovation and irreverence rather than taking the easy way out and being another quiet luxury Pheobe Philo clone.” [EDEN21]

“Something about the mix of shells, python, and lace makes me love this. Could do without the hair though.” [IsabelMarantBoy]

“It’s a nice collection and executed wonderfully.” [reese06]

“I low-key love it.” [Scotty]

“It’s very nice and definitely looks well made. But you can tell none of it came from her. It’s a mishmash of literal references from McQueen and JPG.” [GoldenPetals]

London remains a hub of activity with London Fashion Week in full swing. Day two of the five-day event granted us the Fall 2025 collection of Richard Quinn. The London-born Central Saint Martins graduate, who established his eponymous label in 2016, injected LFW with a high dosage of drama, elegance, and pure unapologetic glamour. Quinn cast models like the iconic Penelope Tree to showcase his latest couture-esque creations, each wandering a set as a flurry of snow hit the catwalk. Quinn’s elegant brides clutched bouquets as they weaved between lampposts, showcasing a lineup of refined and voluminous silhouettes, bold floral prints, eye-catching embellishments, and a strong sense of old-Hollywood glamour.

“Why is a vintage shop doing a fashion show?” [Alquimista]

“I think it´s time someone tell this guy Chanel already chose Blazy for the job…” [jeanclaude]

“Poor Richard, haven’t you heard my dear boy? The Chanel job is already taken. You can stop auditioning now.” [EDEN21]

Florence Pugh’s London Fashion Week photos not only exhibited her return to the runway for Harris Reed but also showed how she took a sheer dress and turned it on its head. Pugh previously walked the fashion designer’s Fall 2023 show and returned in her dramatic best version for his latest Fall 2025 presentation. The actor, who has set a mark in high fashion recently, used her appearance in the avante-garde, heavily structured hooded gown to make another fashion statement. As for Reed, he debuted as a designer in 2021 and holds the creative director position at Nina Ricci.

Florence Pugh walks for Harris Reed in a theatrical gown with hood and sheer panels

Nothing but this structured gown with a hood and sheer panels for Harris Reed could’ve made Florence Pugh‘s LFW photos as theatrical as they appeared. Returning to the runway for the fashion designer’s Fall 2025 show, she wowed the audience in an ahead-of-the-times kind of three-dimensional ensemble, bringing tons of drama and innovation. Pugh’s fit was mostly see-through and the parts that weren’t were unique on their own, including this exaggerated corset-style bodice that resembled a bodysuit.

In addition, the actor’s structural fit consisted of a mermaid skirt flared around the hemline with pleats. The feature that stood out most was the sharp-ended neckline of the bodice, nearly looking like horns on either side of her shoulders. Moreover, the gown’s hood that transformed into a cowl neckline elevated the intensity of her overall look, completely engaging the spectators while she opened the show inside Duveen Galleries at Tate Britain. It also featured some gold accents on either of the thighs. The Oscar-nominated star paired it with black open-toe heels.

Another notable element in Florence Pugh’s LFW photos was her dramatic makeup, especially the eyes with extended lashes that looked like feathers. These deliberately complemented enhancements of her structured corset, giving it the essence of wings as part of the mythical figure-like, striking attire. Pugh’s hair appeared styled into a sleek and puffy updo as she combined more gold in the form of jewelry — a marvelous necklace and earrings — with the look.

This season (as you’ve no doubt noticed), there’s been a break between New York Fashion Week and London Fashion Week. The break was to avoid a conflict with President’s Day, a national public holiday in the US. The official start of London Fashion Week is now fast approaching (running Thursday, February 20 to Monday, February 24) – and we’ve got the rundown of the schedule.

London Fashion Week Fall 2025 Schedule

On Thursday evening, it will be British-American fashion designer Harris Reed who will open up the 5-day event. Friday will be a day of back-to-back shows. The British Fashion Council gave up Friday’s slot to Noon By Noor, Bora Aksu, Temperley London, Mark Fast, and Richard Quinn (to name a few).

Come Saturday, the weekend will commence with shows from Edeline Lee, Huishan Zhang, Sinéad O’Dwyer, and Jawara Alleyne. Sunday’s slot is strictly reserved for London Fashion Week staples: Roksanda, Toga, Emilia Wickstead, Simone Rocha, and Erdem. Indian-born, London-based designer Ashish Gupta will showcase their Fall 2025 wares on Monday morning. Daniel Lee at Burberry will no doubt grant the fashion crowd a buzz-worthy showcase on Monday evening, to close out LFW in style.

Two down, two to go and that’s a wrap on London Fashion Week. Running from September 12-17, this LFW Spring 2025 season was a complete amalgamation of new and established talent. To conclude the 40th anniversary of London Fashion Week, The British Fashion Council granted us a jam-packed schedule to round out the festivities.

Report: London Fashion Week Spring 2025

This London Fashion Week was a special one for Harris Reed who was on the official schedule for the very first time. The young talent (and current creative director of Nina Ricci) presented in the Tanks of the Tate Modern and sent OTT dramatic silhouettes down the catwalk and emphasized on upcycling materials. With the 2024 Queen Elizabeth II Award to his name, S.S. Daley debuted his first womenswear collection – complete with Harry Styles sitting perched front tow. Emma Chopova and Laura Lowena-Irons of Chopova Lowena returned to the LFW schedule this season, with a collection inspired by American heroines (like Calamity Jane).

After three seasons showing with Fashion East, Standing Ground spearheaded by Michael Stewart flew solo at London Fashion Week. The young Irish designer’s show boasted diaphanous drapes, molded leather coats and Stewart’s signature beaded column dresses. Always a LFW highlight, it was all in the details at Richard Quinn. Each of the 45 looks embodied Quinn’s vision of elegance via masterful shape, volume, and fabrication. Following a two-season hiatus, Nensi Dojaka returned to the London Fashion Week schedule with her signature cut-out dresses – and a Calvin Klein collaboration.

Slick suiting contrasted with floating feathered dresses and exaggerated bows at Roksanda. JW Anderson credited the girliness of his sister as inspiration for his spring collection. An array of variations of the mini dress was sent down the catwalk, staged within London’s Old Billingsgate market. The celebrated designer’s collection was filled with sculptural silhouettes, interwoven panels of fabric and exaggerated ballet skirts. Daniel Lee at Burberry rounded out the London Fashion Week festivities this season, opting to remix the brand’s heritage for the season ahead.

MISS | JW Anderson

“Loewe leftovers.” [rowjellies]

“Well he was clearly busy with other projects (such as costumes for “Queer”) than his own label, so we have a parade of mediocre, low-quality trash that he presented because he literally had to.” [Olaffo]

“God knows I enjoy his menswear at both JWA and Loewe, but I will NEVER like his womenswear. Ever. It always feels like a forced exercise for him, with close to no point of view for each collection. Scrolling through those looks I can’t help but wonder who is she meant to be. The answer is no one, because there is nobody here. It’s a bunch of fabric placed on models treated as mannequins.” [Thefrenchy]

HIT | Roksanda

“This is quite wonderful. A little too indulgent in place but I love the fantastical quality that she’s so good at doing.” [GoldenPetals]

“Loved the last few looks — the blue, pink, and orange gowns.” [rowjellies]

“A standout from London Fashion Week, without a shadow of a doubt. A strong collection, from start to finish. I just knew from the opening and second look that I would’ve be disappointed… and I wasn’t.” [vogue28]

MISS | Harris Reed

“Lots of showmanship but no real workmanship.” [Constructionist]

“It’s truly embarrassing. The delusion this person has is insane. The show is so cringe. The models aimlessly and cluelessly flapping their arms around like CoUTuRe. Calling this amateur would be putting it lightly.” [lookatme]

“They could have at least lit and retouched the photos in a way that would hide poor tailoring and sloppy finish of garments.” [avonlea002]

HIT | S.S. Daley

“I like it!” [helmutnotdead]

“I am not disliking it. Plenty of influences but he managed to remain cohesive and to offer a wardrobe with many options.” [yslforever]

“S.S. Daley is a really promising designer. Perhaps an editor or stylist of old ideas as opposed to designer but still pleasant to look at and I even own his knitwear! I’ll take his show over JW Anderson any day.” [Olaffo]

MISS | Burberry

Here's the Hits & Misses of London Fashion Week Spring 2025:

“Daniel Lee is so checked out at this point. I give him another year or less.” [rowjellies]

“Last week the brand’s stocks were down over 70% vs. a year a go. Mostly over concerns that they cannot right the ship and this collection did absolutely nothing to comfort those fears. There was one good jacket. No great bag(s), no decent shoes, not even a good pair of sunglasses.” [VogueDisciple93]

“Failed again unfortunately. There is no voice. Nobody knows what Burberry wants to be. Sales (according to that BOF article) are down about 22% this year. That set looked like a St Martins graduation show and the feathers on the jackets followed by sequins and graphic scarves looked like a total mess.” [Deleted Member]

“First relevant show of the season.” [helmutnotdead]

“I was greatly impressed! I will definitely be following this brand/designer now. Such modernity and chicness to evening dressing.” [VogueDisciple93]

“When a young designer from LFW does a more relevant Alaïa collection than Mullier. I love the textures he managed to create, they are so interesting. Everything is so sensual and effortless. For sure one name to watch!” [IloveDiorHomme]

“Nensi Dojaka used to do this boudoir kinda fashion so well 3 years back. I guess the blandification of fashion got to her.” [philophile]

“I really don’t understand her success. Everything Nensi Dojaka makes looks like there isn’t enough to it. So lacking and wane.” [Cocteau Stone]

“Quite good. Stylish even, and that’s a word I would never use to describe London fashion. It doesn’t feel like fashion student fashion.” [Alquimista]

“Very cohesive.” [tourbillions]

“I like what he’s doing, mainly because he and Michael Stewart’s Standing Ground are one of the rare younger designers who are designing something different. It’s chic, sexy, desirable and with a bit more technical finesse to his tailoring, I could see him going very far.” [LadyJunon]

HIT | Sharon Wauchob

“Sharon Wauchob is the LFW QUEEN and I love that she keeps herself low profile. Everything about her designs is so special and intimate! I’m in awe of those white tops, the white trousers, the first black dress, the trench coat. The white jacket! I want it all!” [WAVES]

“Can’t hate on it, as it’s all so well made. This is what Harris Reed thinks he is doing.” [tourbillions]

“You could never make me hate Richard Quinn. A sight for sore eyes during London Fashion Week. He’s in a league of his own on the LFW circuit. Absolutely love the sight of some Pierpaolo Piccioli x Valentino glamour, following an endless array of student-esque and grungy collections.” [vogue28]

“Erdem could have delivered a more exciting result had he played on the masculine/feminine and the ‘coming-undone’ tension a bit more. When he’s in a good form, I can see a bit of Dries’ charm in him and at his worst, he churns out looks that could be right out of Maria Grazia’s sketchbook.” [tricotineacetat]

That’s a wrap on London Fashion Week, with The British Fashion Council’s 6-day schedule coming to an end earlier today with the staging of Daniel Lee’s highly anticipated offering for Burberry. The British designer, who has been the creative force behind the iconic British fashion label since 2022, welcomed guests like Rosie Huntington-Whiteley and Gabrille Union inside London’s National Theatre. Against a custom set designed by YBA art legend Gary Hume, models paraded Lee’s remix of Burberry staples.

Elsewhere during London Fashion Week, Roksanda drew inspiration from the work of Hungarian artist Agnes Denes, a pioneer of environmental art. Slick suiting contrasted with floating feathered dresses and exaggerated bows. At JW Anderson, the revered Irish designer’s show composed almost entirely of mini dresses and chose the Old Billingsgate on the River Thames as a venue.

Needless to say, as the Spring 2025 season of London Fashion Week marked the conclusion of the 40th anniversary of LFW – designers and fashion brands pulled out all the stops in an attempt to impress.

Earlier this afternoon, on the fifth and final day of London Fashion Week, the most anticipated show took place: Burberry. Daniel Lee remains the creative force behind the British luxury fashion house established in 1856 by Thomas Burberry, and presented his fourth mainline collection against a brutalist backdrop. Guests (including Rosie Huntington-Whiteley, Jourdan Dunn and Barry Keoghan) flocked to London’s National Theatre for Lee’s latest. Models soon emerged from backstage and parades around a custom set designed by YBA art legend Gary Hume. For Burberry Spring 2025, Lee put a spin on the signature house codes. The iconic Burberry trench was cropped into a swingy cape, transformed into smart jackets and tie-neck blouses. Touches of feather trim, flapper sequins, and ruffles were scattered throughout the collection too. Liu Wen closed out Daniel Lee’s latest affair in a shimmering gown that glistened at every step.

Burberry Spring 2025 Collection Review

Read below the reactions of theFashionSpot’s forum members:

“At best It was half-baked, lukewarm, subpar and underwhelming. It definitely looked like Daniel Lee has checked out!” [mtbe123]

“It seems a bit half-baked but I find this to be his best collection at Burberry in terms of the direction the brand should be headed.” [reese06]

“While it’s obvious that Lee has checked out at this point, I’ll admit that this is a very pleasant, calming collection to look at.” [LadyJunon]

“Beautiful calm colors, but done very carefully to please the majority of consumers.” [HelgaZ]

The Spring 2025 season of London Fashion Week is upon us, and in honor of the fashion festivities that lay ahead, we’re flashing it back to London Fashion Week Spring 2015.

At Burberry, Christopher Kane explored the joys of the countryside during the springtime and bestowed upon us a collection oozing an explosion of color and pattern. British biologist and explorer Marianne North proved to be a key reference for LFW heavyweight Erdem Moralıoğlu, presenting a collection inside a dark showspace to allow the busy botanical prints to bloom before the eyes of his LFW guests. Floppy sunhats crafted from black leather added to the sense of drama at JW Anderson’s show, with Irish designer offering a whole new take on nautical. Tom Ford was on the London Fashion Week Spring 2015 schedule. Models rock Joan Jett-esquire hairstyles, smokey eyes and stormed the runway unveiling Mrs. Ford’s high-octane collection, paying homage to glam rock.
