Nicole Scherzinger is making sure to keep serving top-notch fashion moments and photos amid her packed schedule during the New York Fashion Week (NYFW). The singer-songwriter attended the Carolina Herrera Fall RTW 2025 show on February 10. Scherzinger embraced the Y2K trend and brought glamour to the event in a risqué plunging top and pants, which she topped with an eye-catching black belt.

Nicole Scherzinger arrives at Carolina Herrera’s show in NYFW photos

Nicole Scherzinger’s New York Fashion Week (NYFW) photos showed her making a glamorous appearance at the Carolina Herrera Fall RTW 2025 show. The 46-year-old dancer opted for a bold look and flaunted her curves in a risqué black crop top. The sultry piece came with a daring plunging sweetheart neckline. It also featured ruched detailing and dramatic long bubble sleeves to elevate the look, forming a puffy silhouette. Scherzinger paired the stunning top with skinny, cropped black pants.

The singer added a touch of Y2K and wore a wide black and white belt featuring a big buckle. Moreover, the top and the pants blended so well beneath the accessory that Scherzinger appeared like she was dressed in a tight-fitted catsuit during the outing. Furthermore, the former Pussycat Dolls star coordinated the ensemble with a pair of sleek black leather shoes featuring a white cap-toe. According to Footwear News, Scherzinger wore Carolina Herrera spring 2024 bicolor pumps.

Meanwhile, Scherzinger pulled her hair back in an elegant bun to flaunt the top’s racy neckline. The singer continued to accessorize the look with a pair of black and white drop earrings, along with rings. As for her glam, Scherzinger rocked light peach eyeshadow, subtle shimmer, and mascara and paired the makeup with a nude pink shade of lipstick. In addition to that, the television personality added a warm layer of clothing while hitting the NYC streets. Scherzinger threw on a long off-white coat on her shoulder. Lastly, she was also seen carrying a black clutch.

That’s a wrap on the Fall 2025 season of New York Fashion Week. Running from February 6 until February 11, the schedule put out by the Council of Fashion Designers of America proved to be a far more streamlined affair in comparison to seasons past.

At the start of the 6-day event, it was Brandon Maxwell who kick-started this season into high gear (and high style). To commemorate a whole decade in the business, Maxwell dressed his army of models in everyday staples from silk slips and shirting to leather sheaths and plaid skirts. To close out NYFW, Thom Browne dialed up the drama (and then some), with model Alek Wek closing out Browne’s spectacular showcase in a voluminous plaid ball gown.

From the debut collection of Veronica Leoni as Calvin Klein creative director to Wes Gordon proving himself (once again) as the creative force behind Carolina Herrera (and everything else in between) – scroll further for theFashionSpot’s highlights of New York Fashion Week Fall 2025:

Dove Cameron brought soft-girl energy while attending the Carolina Herrera show on February 10 as part of New York Fashion Week. The singer and actor turned up in a classic black-and-white combination to grace the front row at the event in New York City. Cameron’s simple yet stylish outfit was elevated with chic bow detailing. Moreover, the 29-year-old topped off the ensemble with stunning accessories, making a head-turning appearance.

Dove Cameron was one of the standout stars gracing the front row at the Carolina Herrera show during New York Fashion Week in Midtown. The singer-actor wore a dreamy white crop top featuring a subtle all-over floral texture and a low square neckline. It was also adorned with two show-stealing black bows on either side. Meanwhile, the tiny cut of the sleeveless top, shaped like a tube, offered a glimpse of Cameron’s midriff.

Cameron continued to pair the soft aesthetics with a contrasting black skirt from Carolina Herrera’s Pre-Fall 2025 collection. The faded ankle-length piece was in tune with the bow appliqués on the top. Moreover, the skirt’s voluminous touch elevated the silhouette. Apart from this, Cameron coordinated the look with a pair of glossy pointed-toe shoes. She wore her hair — styled by Jacob Rozenberg — up in a high ponytail, with some loose yet neat, strands adorning the frame of her face.

Besides that, Cameron’s soft-girl aesthetic extended to her glam, expertly crafted by makeup artist Kale Teter. The 29-year-old star wore a subtle white eyeshadow and paired it with winged eyeliner, blush, and a nude mahogany shade of lipstick. In addition to that, Cameron also added a warm layer while stepping out in New York City to attend the fashion show. The “Descendants” star elevated the look with a long black cape coat. Along with that, Cameron also wore a pair of oversized sunglasses and carried a glossy black purse.

Wes Gordon has been the creative force behind Carolina Herrera since 2018. Since then, the designer has gone from strength to strength as the New York-based label’s creative director. On Monday, the penultimate day of New York Fashion Week, Gordon presented his Carolina Herrera Fall 2025 collection from the Solow Building in Central Park. The American designer sought inspiration from his all-time favorite films – “Being There” starring Peter Sellers from 1979. Models strode around a beautifully minimalist set of living flowers, as names like Dove Cameron and Nicole Scherzinger sat perched front row. Girls-of-the-moment (including Lulu Tenney and Devyn Garcia) emerged from backstage adorned in Gordon’s sublime lineup of chic floral appliqués, shimmering textures, billowing silhouettes, and bright colors.

Carolina Herrera Fall 2025 Collection Review

Read below the reactions of theFashionSpot’s forum members:

“A good collection by NYFW standards.” [Kanzai]

“Beautiful, lovely collection. The fashion show could be improved, though. The industrial setting reminded of a Balenciaga garage, the poppies on the floor reminded of Kenzo, and the music was uneventful. Still, one of the highlights of NYFW.” [Monsieur Cristobal]

“This is quite lovely for a modest and conservative brand like CH. I think with a better color palette, it would make a stronger statement like their Mexico resort collection, but Wes Gordon has been doing a good job keeping this brand afloat.” [JohannesL]

“A good, solid collection. He has really found his footing at the Carolina Herrera. He has found a balance of youthfulness and maturity. It is such a personal brand and he has managed to respect Carolina’s legacy in a tasteful way. I hope he manages to get even stronger and stay at the house for a long and fruitful time.” [reese06]

“A cut above the rest. Another fine example of the wonders Wes Gordon continues to do as Carolina Herrera creative director. He’s brought new life into the brand, and still remains true to its heritage. A flawless collection from opening to closing look, and a total highlight of mine from New York Fashion Week!” [vogue28]

ELLE Spain has rapidly become a non-negotiable purchase when visiting our local newsstand. After all, throughout 2024, covers starring Bianca Balti, Penélope Cruz, Monica Bellucci, Diane Kruger, Susan Sarandon, Eniko Mihalik, Valentina Sampaio, and Philippine Leroy-Beaulieu have impressed us to no end. As a result, we aren’t at all surprised to see the magazine closing 2024 on a high. Benedetta Poletti ushers in Karlie Kloss as an ELLE Spain cover girl for December 2024. The all-American model is splashed across a trio of covers for the occasion, shot by photographer and Spanish ELLE regular Xavi Gordo. The cover shoot is complete with styling from Bárbara Garralda, who dressed Kloss in a trio of looks from Wes Gordon’s Fall 2024 Carolina Herrera collection for each of the three covers.

“Reminds me of baby Karlie,” instantly admired oaklee91.

“They could never make me hate Karlie Kloss. Her covers/editorials always deliver,” fenty enthused.

“Karlie Kloss is not my type of beauty, never will be, but she is great at posing in front of a camera,” confessed forum member MModa.

Vogue28 was very much a fan. “ELLE Spain has been one of the most consistent magazines throughout 2024, and I’m not surprised to see them close 2024 on a high. This feels festive in a very… fashion-y sort of way. All three covers are great, and I have never minded the sight of Karlie Kloss,” they voiced.

Yet not everyone was so forthcoming. “Grey background strikes again!” Lucien112 critiqued.

“This looks like a catalog from 2012,” added BlueRuin.

The ensemble featured a tailored blazer, coordinating mini skirt, and a textured turtleneck black top. The outfit perfectly embodied fall fashion with its rich textures and classic pattern.

Forum Members Review the Carolina Herrera Resort 2025 Collection From Wes Gordon
IMAGES | VOGUE.COM

On Thursday, November 14 Wes Gordon staged his Carolina Herrera Resort 2025 collection in Mexico City. Gordon has been at the helm of the New York-based fashion brand (founded in 1980) since 2018. As a love letter to Mexico, the American designer and Central Saint Martins graduate presented a lineup boasting an explosion of volume and vivid color. Gordon opted to unveil his joyous collection amid the stone totems at The Diego Rivera Anahuacalli Museum. The collection also showcases intricate embroideries and ceramic embellishments from local Mexican female artisans (including María de los Ángeles Licona and Araceli Nibra Matadamas). The destination show also gave us our first glimpse at the Carolina Herrera x Frame collab.

Watch the Carolina Herrera Resort 2025 show:

Read below the reactions of theFashionSpot’s forum members:

“Exactly what you’d expect and, I think, exactly what their customer wants.” [KoV]

“Gorgeous. Every single look. The prints, the colors, the shirts, the skirts, the dresses. The makeup and the jewelry too. Been a long time since I’ve seen a collection that colorful and that joyful.” [imjustken]

“Despite this collection being safe, it feels refreshing to see real clothes that deliver what customers want. As a whole, the collection is beautiful.” [EDEN21]

“CH is one of the few brand still embracing the spirit of American fashion even though it is very old-fashioned and dated in the dominant scene of modernity. I guess it is good for the brand to cater this specific clientele who enjoy the elegance and femininity. Some of the prints and color are very beautiful.” [JohannesL]

“Another fine display from Wes Gordon as Carolina Herrera creative director. Flawless collection from start to finish. I love the volumes, the vivid colors, and the inclusion of the Mexican artisans.” [vogue28]

Thanks to the fashion frenzy that is New York Fashion Week, America’s most populous city has been an absolute hub of activity over recent days (perhaps more so than ever before). Getting the New York Fashion Week Spring 2025 season off to an almighty start was design duo Jack McCollough and Lazaro Hernandez of Proenza Schouler, with the design duo opting to show off schedule. The following day, the titan of American fashion that is Ralph Lauren also opted to forgo the CFDA’s New York Fashion Week schedule, welcoming guests onto a 19-acre equestrian estate in Bridgehampton for a collection celebrating all-things Americana.

Report: New York Fashion Week Spring 2025

As part of the CFDA’s official New York Fashion Week calendar, Piotrek Panszczyk of the buzzy brand Area kick-started day one, and dug into the archives to celebrate a decade in the business. Brandon Maxwell’s showcase exuded easy elegance. Hilary Taymour at Collina Strada chose to host this season’s show at golden hour within a small private park in Manhattan, sending the lightest of dresses and a bevy of ruffles down a grass runway.

Prabal Gurung staged his spring show under the archway on Centre St in downtown Manhattan, with a fleet of models taking to the cobbles as flowy, fringey, and form-fitting gowns blew in the wind. To a soundtrack of Guns N’ Roses and Wilco, designer Catherine Holstein of Khaite unveiled a collection in a palette of black, white, red, and pale pink. To round out a spectacular Saturday, Alaïa‘s Pieter Mulier invited guests inside the Guggenheim Museum, having ditched Paris for New York this season. Come Sunday, Ulla Johnson woke up the fashion pack with a collection of vivid pattern and bold color. Ib Kamara brought his latest Off-White offering to New York, for a blowout show under the Brooklyn Bridge to display his elevated interpretation of athletic wear.

Monday was kick-started by Wes Gordon at Carolina Herrera, who found inspiration in the Herrera fragrance packing from the 1980s. Gordon unveiled an elegant collection characterized by bold polka-dot prints, bright tones, and floral motifs. Make no mistake Coach’s Stuart Vevers hearts New York. The British designer’s cast of models took to The High Line overlooking the Hudson River, sporting playful oversized clutches, leather blazers, and easy-breezy boxers shorts. Tory Burch served up plenty of nostalgia: as the designer revived her famous Reva ballet flats, the shoe that shot her brand to fame in the mid-2000s. Michael Kors hosted his spring show at The Shed in Hudson Yards, for collection tailor-made for both the boardroom and the beach – from pleated midi skirts and oversized suit jackets, to bandeau tops and fringed leather bags.

Here’s the Hits & Misses of New York Fashion Week Spring 2025:

“Not sure why they needed these clothes. Maybe Coach wanted to show their Gen Z clients how Coach bags look with their everyday clothes, that they wear to Walmart and to campus lectures.” [Urban Stylin]

“Absolutely hideous collection, with not one single redeeming quality. A visual eyesore, and every garment looks… thrifted (in the worst way possible). The inclusion is Ella Emhoff just adds insult to injury…” [vogue28]

“RL is one of the last living icons of the industry and it’s a privilege to watch him produce runway collections at this point in his career. He has built an empire that practically invented the American aspirational dress code. One day Americans will eulogize him the way that the French do Yves and Christian Dior. The collection was wonderful in the context of what RL is. I love it.” [Deleted Member 164032]

“This kind of collection makes me happy – effortless and unapologetic glamour.” [thiago]

“That’s what you get when you mix the worst of Maria Grazia with the worst of Prada and sprinkle it with some Matthieu Blazy leather experimentation, to pretend you know what you are doing. Michael Kors clearly does NOT. The worst crime is the abysmal tailoring.” [yslforever]

“Divine. Absolutely divine. What a heavenly collection, so regal, elegant and ladylike. A clear standout from the crowd during New York Fashion Week, and a real cut above the rest. A total sucker for polka dot here.” [vogue28]

MISS | Prabal Gurung

“What happened to Prabal? He lost it completely.” [WAVES]

“Jacquemus? Loewe? A mix of everything? Somehow, I would have never expected someone a little bit more seasoned try to replicate the hazardous cuts and details of Jacquemus. somehow, it looks worse and even more hazardous.” [Lola701]

“A parade of unspeakable horrors (polka-dot/prints/volumes/ornaments) killed the whole collection.” [jeanclaude]

MISS | Christian Siriano

The Hits & Misses of New York Fashion Week Spring 2025
IMAGE | SPOTLIGHT/LAUNCHMETRICS

“Full of bad fabrics and weird silhouettes.” [Nimsay]

“Burn it with the eternal fires of hell. This is an abomination.” [Norden]

“Yuck. Decades later and they still want us to believe that this can pass as ‘luxury’ fashion. The ideas are tired and the production is H&M levels of cheap. I don’t care how many TV contests Siriano wins. He is not talented.” [GoldenPetals]

HIT | Brandon Maxwell

The Hits & Misses of New York Fashion Week Spring 2025
IMAGE | SPOTLIGHT/LAUNCHMETRICS

“I actually like it. No fuss ready-to-wear, no gimmicks or dramatic stuff. Reminds me of Michael Kors from the 2010s.” [Urban Stylin]

“This is not a bad collection at all. In fact, it’s solid in spite of not being spectacular. I’m really loving some of the silhouettes here, particularly the layering styling tricks that I am surely planning to copy very soon. Very pleasant to look at, overall.” [philophile]

“It’s done well – or at least better than most of what we’ve seen so far – so I can’t really fault it.” [Cocteau Stone]

MISS | Collina Strada

“She couldn’t afford to book a venue? It looks like a yard sale.” [rowjellies]

“Shows like this is EXACTLY why I cannot take NYFW seriously.” [Salvatore]

“Collina Strada makes a mockery of it all. She thinks she is some kind of counter-culture contrarian when it’s just hopelessly contrived and ugly. The over representation is also a total bore.” [Deleted Member 164032]

HIT | Tory Burch

“A lot of strong looks/pieces and extremely cohesive too. Well done!” [WAVES]

“I’m thoroughly enjoying this rebrand…” [charmedp321]

“Such a nice collection and it doesn’t feel tortured or contrived. Loved the fortune cookie bags.” [Snejana Onopka]

MISS | Jason Wu Collection

“Jason Wu keeps jumping from one aesthetic to another. There is no longer any consistency in his work.” [GivenchyHomme]

“More often than not, I enjoy Jason Wu’s presence during New York Fashion Week but I’m left majorly underwhelmed this season. Everything just looks so ill-fitting and a mass of fabrics. What an absolute eyesore.” [vogue28]

“Looks so randomly thrown together and unappealing.” [liberty33r1b]

HIT | Monse

“Very solid offering. The evening outfits are my favorite looks.” [thiago]

“Some really great stuff here. The two maxi dresses and the sequin polo w/ sequin skirt seem like must-haves. Many other nice separates like that navy suit – beautifully cut pants with a nicely shaped jacket.” [Nimsay]

“I love the sequined polo tops and dresses. They have a very Tom Ford vibe to them. I will definitely put them on my wishlist.” [Lola701]

MISS | Christian Cowan

“Dreadful.” [WAVES]

“I have seen streethookers with better style than this collection…” [jeanclaude]

“It’s all reaching for fierce but falling face first into pathetic.” [YohjiAddict]

MISS | LaQuan Smith

IMAGE | SPOTLIGHT/LAUNCHMETRICS

“Temu Tom Ford.” [disco54]

“This is awful. I don’t mind the stripper/escort aesthetic but at least make sure it’s well made. The tailored pieces look like cardboard and his attempts at draping are just abysmal.” [avonlea002]

“Always looks cheap. And bridal swim to close? Get off the catwalk, please. Terrible.” [jeremydante]

MISS | Elena Velez

IMAGE | SPOTLIGHT/LAUNCHMETRICS

“Incinerate it all.” [WAVES]

“A random selection of obviously cobbled together clothes with no technique, no skill – made of clearance fabrics and possibly directly re-purposed curtains.” [Nimsay]

“Everything is just a mess without any artistic value. What are all of these clothes saying?” [tourbillions]

MISS | Proenza Schouler

“Forever fan boys to others designers with clear vision. Great for COS or any other contemporary brand priced well but not high fashion and a catwalk show.” [PDFSD]

“Concepts, designs and styling tricks we have seen years ago. They keeps referencing the same Celine by Philo collections.” [Lola701]

“Seeing this has made realize I’m not really ready or invested enough for another fashion month. I’m already tired.” [Cocteau Stone]

You’ve always bared witness to part one of theFashionSpot’s highlights of New York Fashion Spring 2025, and now it’s time to take a deep dive into part two as the six-day fashion event comes to an almighty end – and we set off for London. The second portion of New York Fashion Week has granted us an array of buzz-worthy displays from Coach, Carolina Herrera, Tory Burch, and Michael Kors Collection (amongst others).

At Coach, designer Stuart Vevers invited guests to The High Line overlooking the Hudson River. Models walked the runway decked out in oversized jackets and blazers, distressed graphic t-shirts, leather mini-skirts. Michael Kors demonstrated talent for casting, with his show filled with familiar faces, including Irina Shayk, Anok Yai, Karen Elson and Carolyn Murphy. The girls paraded Kors’ sophisticated collection of black and white tailoring, and summer-ready dresses that eventually transitioned into an array of navy and ochre florals.

Needless to say, the second half of New York Fashion Week was not to be missed.

Ahead of the Spring 2025 season of New York Fashion Week, we’re flashing it back a whole decade to the Spring 2015 season. Set to be a one for the books, NYFW will run from September 6-11.

During the NYFW Spring 2015 season back in September of 2014, the fashion landscape (as you might expect) was entirely different. The most notable change compared with today was the designers behind each brand at the time. Still the creative force behind her own namesake label was Carolina Herrera, who sought inspiration from flowers as a staring point for her delightful spring offering. The late Oscar de la Renta was still heading up his eponymous fashion empire and Zac Posen was still in business.

Also on the jam-packed schedule for NYFW Spring 2015 was American fashion heavyweights Donna Karan, Marc Jacobs and Ralph Lauren. At Calvin Klein, there was a cool elegance to the navy-centric collection from Francisco Costa at Calvin Klein Collection. Gingham baby-doll dresses were on display at Diane von Furstenberg, enlisting an A-list cast of models (including Lily Donaldson and Naomi Campbell) to model her vibrant lineup inspired by the French Riviera during 1950s.
